 Shipping FAQS


For all Items with Immediate Delivery


  • In general, If your order is received between Tuesday and Thursday, all orders will generally be processed and posted within 48 hours. If your order is received between Friday and Monday, all orders will be processed by close of business Wednesday. All days and times are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time.


  • We post via Australia Post - Registered Mail with a required signature upon delivery. New Zealand orders are posted via courier/post are used at our discretioun.


  • We will forward you a tracking number via your supplied email as soon as possible to enable you to track your parcel


  • You will generally receive your parcel within 1- 3 days  from when it is posted. Outback land remote locations and New Zealand may take longer


  • We charge  Postage Fees on a scale  ( to Australia only)

      1 item           $15 inc GST

       2 items        $20

      3 - 4 items    $40

      5+ items       $60


      To New Zealand

      1 item           $35

      2 items         $45

      3 items         $65

      4+ items       $85


  • We currently only post to Australia and New Zealand 




For Items that have been Special Ordered


  • Please ensure you have completed the correct details for all special orders.


  • We will require quantities, colours, sizes and delivery times if offered.


  • Once your order has been processed and received in our store, we will send you a confirmation email to advise the order has been posted to you along with the tracking number.


  • Postage charges are as above 


  • We freight via Australia Post and couriers as above.


  • Please allow approximately 1 week to 4 months from the time of ordering to delivery for your items. We will advise approximate delivery date once we have received your special order.






For Immediate Delivery items:


  • If once you receive your order you are not happy with the product for whatever reason, please send an email to quoting your receipt number in the subject line


  • Please do not contact us by phone with regards to returns.


  • We will require the reason for returning the item, your name, address and phone number.


  • You have 7 ( seven) days once you receive the item(s) to check the garment,  email us for a return confirmation if required and posted back.


  • We will refund the cost of the item less the postage if:


  • The item is returned in original condition including all tags and packaging.


  • The item has not been worn


  • The item has not been subjected to Smoke, pets, dust etc or anything that may harm or soil the garment


  • The item is returned in the 7 days outlined above with a copy of the receipt.


  • Should the item not satisfy the above conditions, we will NOTrefund you the cost of the item at which time we will notify you of this. 


  • You can then decide whether to forfeit the item or arrange for it to be shipped back to you at your own cost.


  • Our decision will be final so please ensure the above criteria is followed.



For Special Order Items


  • Once you receive your order, you will be requred to check the order is correct ( as you ordered)


  • If the order is all correct then you do not need to do anything.


  • We do not refund or exchange special orders. We take pride in ordering the correct product as you requested in original order.


  • We follow strict quality control and ensure your items are what you ordered.
